Klinikum Braunschweig awarded AOK Hospital Quality Prize 2008
For patients, the safety of their medical treatment enjoys the very highest priority. That is why the AOK in Lower Saxony, Germany, has dedicated its state-wide Hospital Quality Prize 2008 to this theme. Prizewinners in the category “Patient safety: Risk management, prevention and dealing with mistakes in hospital” were the Hannover Medical School and the Klinikum Braunschweig, who share the sponsorship award of 5,000 Euros.
